Browse the items available in your building’s Lende box, choose what you need, and complete your order on the website. 

You’ll receive an email titled “Locker Access Code.” Retrieve your code from there. To unlock: 

1) Press the arrow symbol on the lock
2) Enter your PIN code
3) Press the lock symbol
4) Pull the handles to open the lock

Use the key inside the lockbox to open the compartment containing your item. DO NOT TAKE THE KEY WITH YOU.

Take your item, then use the key to lock the compartment. Return the key to the lockbox and make sure both the compartment and lockbox are securely closed.
