QuickSell™ by Lende Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the QuickSell™ service (“Service”) offered by LendeApp.com (“LendeApp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an item for QuickSell™, you agree to these Terms.

  1. HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: You send us a picture of the item you wish to sell through WhatsApp or any communication channel we provide.

Step 2: We evaluate the item based solely on the information and images you provide and respond with an offer price. You may accept our offer or negotiate.

Step 3: If both parties agree on a price, we arrange pickup of the item. Payment is made to you at the time of pickup.

  1. ELIGIBILITY OF ITEMS

2.1. Only eligible items may be considered for purchase. Eligible items typically include, but are not limited to:

• Electronics such as vacuum cleaners, hair dryers, mobile phones, headphones, monitors, keyboards, speakers, smart devices, and similar consumer electronics.

• Kitchen appliances including blenders, mixers, coffee machines, air fryers, microwaves, toasters, and other household kitchen devices.

• Furniture, including small and medium-sized household furniture items.

• Any other items Lende deems appropriate or eligible at its sole discretion.

2.2. We reserve the right to approve or decline any item based on condition, functionality, authenticity, completeness, market value, safety, or any other factor.

2.3. Submission of an item does not guarantee that an offer will be made or that LendeApp will purchase the item.

  1. OFFER PRICE & NEGOTIATION

3.1. We set the initial offer price at our discretion based on the photos, market value, model, condition, and other factors.

3.2. You may request clarification or negotiate the price; however, we are not obligated to modify the original offer.

3.3. If you accept our offer, the agreed price becomes final unless the item significantly differs from the description or photos upon pickup.

  1. NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE

4.1. We are under no obligation to buy any submitted item.

4.2. We may decline to proceed with a purchase at any stage before completing the pickup and payment, especially if the item’s condition does not match the submitted photos or description.

  1. PICK UP & PAYMENT

5.1. Pickup is scheduled at a mutually agreed time. All timings are flexible; we do not guarantee pickup within 24 hours or any specific timeframe.

5.2. Payment is made to the seller upon pickup, after verifying the item’s condition.

  1. SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using QuickSell™, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the item and have the right to sell it.

• The item is not stolen, counterfeit, or obtained unlawfully.

• All information and images provided are accurate and truthful.

• You will ensure the item is available and accessible at the agreed pickup time.

  1. CONDITION VERIFICATION

7.1 All items are inspected at pickup. If the item differs from the original photos or description, we may:

• Adjust the offer price, or

• Decline the purchase entirely

7.2 We are not responsible for any accessories, packaging, or components not disclosed or not provided at pickup.

  1. RELATIONSHIP TO LENDEAPP.COM

8.1 The QuickSell Service is a product offering under LendeApp.com and operates as part of the broader LendeApp.com platform.

8.2 By using QuickSell™, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms apply in addition to the general LendeApp Terms of Service (“TOS”). The LendeApp TOS governs all matters not expressly addressed herein, including but not limited to:

a) User accounts and platform usage

b) Privacy and data handling

c) Dispute resolution

d) Liability limitations

e) General rights and obligations

8.3 Users are encouraged to review the full LendeApp Terms of Service, available on our website, to understand all conditions governing the use of LendeApp services, including QuickSell.
